This feature is available for ictime version 5.2 and higher.

Scope

If you are using invoice creation with ictime (see Charge Work Logs - Create Invoice), you need to manage your VAT rates here in order to have them available when creating an invoice.

Create VAT Rate

FieldDescriptionRemarks
NameNameMandatory. Name is displayed in VAT dropdowns.
ValueRate (a number - do not enter the "%" symbol here)Mandatory. Value can be 0.
Valid FromStart of validity.Optional.
Valid ToEnd of validity.Optional. Used in case a VAT rate changes. Rates will no longer be available during the process of invoice creation if the validity period has ended.

Edit VAT Rate

When editing the VAT rate, you can no longer modify the value.

Delete VAT Rate

You can only delete VAT rates that have not been used in an invoice yet.
