At this moment, all configuration of ictime is covered in the "Configuration" item of the ictime navigation (see Configuration); there is no system configuration of the plugin. However, there is a "configuration" button in the plugin administration section, as JIRA requires this button. When clicking this button, you will be redirected to the license screen.
