Hide Worklog Feature

General purpose
Worklogs having the “no charge” flag set are displayed on all reporting material probably provided to customers. Some of these entries may contain non customer relevant content which should not be contained in any report.
The “hide worklog feature” adds an optional flag to any worklog having the “no charge” attribute set. Only not billable worklogs can be marked as hidden.
Affected screens
Update worklog screen
a new checkbox allowing to set the "hidden" property of a work log in case the "no charge" flag is active
Reporting view
show hidden worklogs with "line-through"
allows to enable / disable the hidden flag without reloading
excludes hidden worklogs
in print screen previews (list view + structured view)
