The administration manual describes the configuration of ictime on system and project level as well as typical administration features like planning, reporting & accounting.
Please note that ictime has a very flexible permission management, so that there is no fixed definition of the permissions a user or an administrator has. In general, a typical administrator should have the permission to configure ictime, to use the Reporting & Analysis features and to plan time on project or component level. A normal user should have the permission to log time, plan time on task/sub-task level and to manage own timesheets. You might have unlimited additional roles with different permissions (e.g. users that can only configure projects).
For reasons of convenience, all ictime administration can be accessed via the additional ictime tab in the top level navigation without having to switch to JIRA administration mode.
