Custom Reports are based on the JasperReports Library. The JasperReports Library is the world's most popular Open Source reporting engine. In order to use a report in ictime, you first have to create this report with respective JasperReports tools, have to package/zip it with additional data (like images) and then you can create the report in ictime.
