For reasons of convenience, ictime administration is not located in the adminiustration section of JIRA, but all configuration options can be accessed via the additional ictime tab in the top level navigation without having to be in administration mode. This way, you do not have to switch between modes.

Please note that ictime has a very flexible permission management, so that there is no fixed definition of the permissions a user or an administrator has. In general, a typical administrator should have the permission to configure ictime, to use the Reporting & Analysis features and to plan time on project or component level. A normal user should have the permission to track time, plan time on task/sub-task level and to manage own timesheets. |
